Really very satisfied with mukomuko's service =) Answered my queries like almost immediately, while being very patient and friendly!
Not only do they send out orders promptly, they went the extra mile to find out if I have received my apparel. Other online shops usually would not even bother informing you when they had sent out your order, but mukomuko even included a small note on clothing care! Superb service provided and I would definitely patronise again and again =)
We should all support shops that made an effort to ensure customer satisfaction!

muko muko not only carries beautiful styles, but is wonderful with flexibility. i modified my order twice and each time they were quick and courteous to accommodate me. although i did not complete a sale with them yet, i will not hesitate to in the future and strongly recommend anyone to do business with them anytime :-)
I love all the clothing items at Muko Muko shop! I have found their customer service to be absolutely top notch-- they respond to emails quickly, and are very friendly. I have received both of my orders today, and they completely match the descriptions on the website.

Just decided to write a testimonial because the team at Muko are absolutely awesome!
I needed a dress desperately for a birthday party, but it was in the process of restocking. My decision to buy it was somewhat a last minute decision and there were doubts on whether or not it'd come, as well as whether it fit.
After asking many questions about measurements and the nature of the garment, I decided to put in the order with another dress as well in case if the one I wanted didn't fit.
I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take so long to restock as the team had rushed the supplier! I got my items in about a week from placing my order which is amazing :D
Not only that, both items fit perfectly, and I received many compliments on my "backup" dress.
Really amazing team! I'm very impressed with their service, and you should also be too!

oso u made an effort to inform me the processing stages of my order (eg, inform me tat u've received my payment, my order has been sent out, double confirm with me whether i receive my order)
lastly, initially i was quite worried to give my credit cards detail to stranger, but now i've no worry, simply bcuz ur shop is trustworthies!

Muko provides great service, very quick with emails. I like the apparels a lot although some of them are not exactly the same as I saw on pictures.
If you are looking for top-quality materials, this is not the place for you. However, i was looking for something cute..so worked out for me! All in all, thumbs-up for muko team. I will be a returning patronizer.

I have bought their clothes twice. really like their service. They were prompt in their reply and constantly send emails to inform us if the parcel is sent and check if we have received the apparels. Thumbs up for their attitude. They were even willing to change the apparels for me when I got the wrong piece. Even though I did not change it in the end but I am still impressed by their good service. Keep it up:)

Besides the prompt delivery and replies, I was really impressed when i even got a picture of my parcel attached to the email as reference!
Thats not all, after receiving the parcel, there was even a cute little card with personal handwriting. Thanks it was really sweet. =)
Even though the skirt colour didnt turn out as what i have expected from the picture, at least MukoMuko make an effort to inform me earlier about the difference in colour.
Well, overall, i will still be patronising this shop again!
The muko team was extremely helpful in answering my queries and maintained excellent service from ordering, delivering right till the point I received my order. For online retailers, I have to say they truly went the extra mile to make the buyer feel special and important.

I have ordered from alot of online shops, but Mukomuko is the best so far! :)Their replies are prompt. I actually find the packaging of each item very neat, unlike some sellers who put in crumpled plastic. Also thanks for the personalised card. All in all, it was a good experience, and i will definitely order from them again!
