Terms and Conditions

1. Customers are served on a first PAY first served basis.

2. All apparels sold are non-refundable.

3. You will be required to complete payment if you wish to reserve an item.

4. Customers should allow within around 1 inch of discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

5. Customers should accept a slight color difference of apparels due to different monitor’s resolutions.

6. Mukomukoshop will not be responsible for any colour stains/colour runs during the washing process.

7. Mukomukoshop will not be responsible for any loss of items in the delivery process. Registered mail is recommended for all apparels so that tracking is possible.

8. Prices stated in Mukomukoshop are netted and priced as Singapore dollars, exclusive of postage costs. Payment thru PayPal is subject to an additional 3.4% surcharge of the total order levied by PayPal.

8. Dead buyers will be strictly blacklisted.

9. All customers’ information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

10. Using any textual/graphic content from Mukomukoshop without approval is strictly prohibited.

11. Do note that delivery fees includes postage, labor and material cost.
