1) How to order?
It’s really simple!
1. Simply enter your details in the ORDER form.

2. Wait for our confirmation mail and follow the procedures to make payment.
(Note to buyers: Muko.Muko.Shop only has one email account: mukomukoshop@hotmail.com) Please be wary of imposters!

3. Order will be processed and sent out (within 3 days) as soon as payment is made!


2) What are your shipping charges?

For Locals:
Normal postage will be charged at $1.50 SGD
Apparels will be sent to your mailbox.
However, if the package is unable to fit into your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door step with no extra charges.

Registered postage will be charged an additional SGD$2.20. ($2.20 + $1.50 norm post = $3.70 SGD)
Apparels will be sent to your door step.

If it happens that no one is at home, you may arrange for a second delivery or collect it personally at SingPost.

Overseas Buyers:
Please look under overseas shipping charges.


3) What are the different modes of payment?
Local Buyers
We accept payment through
1. I-Banking
2. POSB Funds Transfer
3. OCBC Funds Transfer
4. PayPal (Debit/Credit cards accepted)
5. Money Orders (For locals only)


Overseas Buyers
We only accept payment through
1. PayPal (Debit/Credit cards accepted)

(Note to buyers: You do not need to have a paypal account to pay through Paypal.)
Payment thru PayPal is subject to an additional 3% surcharge of the total order levied by PayPal.


4) How long does delivery takes?
For Singapore:
Normal Post: 1-2 working days
Registered Post: 2-3 working days

Overseas Buyers:
Please look under overseas shipping charges.


5) How do we track our parcel?
Muko Team will send out an email notification to you when your order is sent out.

Normal post is not trackable.

If you opted for registered postage, we will issue you your ‘Registered Article’ number.
You can then track your parcel here.

If you opted for normal postage, you will need to contact SingPost at 1800 222 5777(toll free for local) or +65 6222 5777 when overseas.


6) Do you have an exchange policy?
Exchange cases are dealt individually.

Muko Team checks every single piece of apparel before sending out to our customers.
However, if there is a defect, please let us know within 3 days after you received your apparel.


7) How do we change/cancel our order?
For cancellation of orders, please e-mail us at mukomukoshop@hotmail.com

For changing of orders, please e-mail us at mukomukoshop@hotmail.com
We will then void your order and will need you to order from our site again.
